Notes to help you complete your booking:
Part week bookings can be made when units are available (Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday), at 75% of the weekly tariff. Please telephone us (01626 872392) for any short breaks or if you would like your holiday to start on any other day. Send the booking form with the required deposit plus £15 cancellation fee (if required) and a receipt will be sent. Telephone bookings are accepted with all major credit/debit cards (PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 1% OR A MINIMUM OF £1 FOR THIS METHOD OF PAYMENT).

Bookings for Tourers, Motor-homes and tent pitches will be taken on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) only. Overnight casual campers are welcome to stay as long as you like (subject to availability). Bookings should be made at Reception on arrival. Coast View will only accept bookings from families and couples only. All guests have FREE use of all facilities (i.e.) indoor heated swimming pool, club house etc. Prices shown on the tariff are per pitch plus one car. There are no reductions for small units which occupy part pitches. If accommodation and vehicles will not fit on one pitch you will be required to pay for two.

Cancellation and Insurance
If you cancel your holiday before the balance due date, and have paid the £15 per week cancellation insurance, you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of your deposit. If you cancel the holiday after we have received the balance, the whole of your balance will be refunded. All cancellations must be received in writing at least two weeks before the start date of your holiday, wherever possible. Please forward medical, redundancy notice etc, at the time of cancelling. The decision of the management on all cancellation refunds is final. If you have not taken advantage of cancellation insurance you will not be entitled to a refund.

Money Back Guarantee
If you cancel your holiday immediately on arrival at the park, the whole of your balance payment will be refunded. Your deposit and any cancellation insurance paid will not be refunded.

Amendments
Any alterations or amendments to your booking, after the account has been issued, will be subject to a £5 administration charge.
